    Please note that a newer version of the NAN form was issued recently and should be used from herein. The new form now includes adding all adults attending the NA Activity which everyone should already be used to doing anyway. Local variants are acceptable so long as all information on the new form is included. The new form can be download at https://scouts.org.uk/media/981094/Form-NAN_Sept-2018.docx These forms should now be sent (7 days in advance still please) to the Nights Away Team at nightsaway.team@medwaytowns.org.uk Please be advised your friendly Nights Away Team may pop along for a visit. In the hopefully not to distant future there will be the ability to submit NAN information and request permit assessments via the new website.
