Nights away notification
All nights away notifications must now be completed on the new membership system.
How to submit a nights away notification:
- Login to the membership system
- Scroll down the large buttons and click on 'Complete a nights away form'
- This will take you to the Apply for nights away screen
- Complete all the fields under the 3 sections (Event Information, Event Leadership Information & Planning and Approvals).
- You can then either:
- Submit - Submit the Nights Away Notification
- Save - If you do not have all the information required you can save and then come back to complete and submit
- Discard - Delete the Nights Away Notification as its no longer required/duplicated/another team member has already submitted a form etc.
- Submit - Submit the Nights Away Notification
Or:
- Login to the membership system
- In the left hand menu 'click Programme support'
- This will take you to the Apply for nights away screen
- Complete as above
