District Campsite

Buckmore Park is the districts very own campsite. 2012 saw Medway Towns District Scouts take full ownership of this amazing centre. 140 acres of ancient woodland nestled at the top of the North Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

We have been resident on this site since 1953 and many Scouts from all over the World have visited and have great memories of adventures that they had at Buckmore Park.

With extensive camping and a wide range of activities we have something for all ages to enjoy from the Beaver Village to Adventurous activities, back to basics and survival skills to Campsite crewing helping with the general running and maintenance for the site, there really is something for everyone.
