    Shaping The Future

Ever wondered how Scouting is made better for our young people?

Simpy it is a group of leaders getting together and learning about the opportunities open to us to improve the Scouting that is on offer for our Young People.

Today 30 plus leaders have gathered together to understand the plans of UK Scouts and the County so that we can make our district the best that it can be. Through several exercises and critical analysis of what we do and idetifying opportunities on how we can add to the quality of what we already provide. Today's group are looking at their Groups and the District, then coming up with plans for growth and development of their leaders and most importantly their Young People.

Of course none of these things happen without plenty of tea, coffee and DC Dave's cakes (Made by his incredibly talented wife Tracy) Thank you Tracy.

Thank you to all who have made todays session possible and we look forward to the next one.

How do you think the District can improve in your area?
