Saturday, 7 November 2009 - 12:00am - Monday, 9 November 2009 - 11:00pm Kent Explorers will be running a Young Leader Training Weekend on the 7th – 9th November (Dates to be confirmed?) aiming to include as many of the Young Leader modules as possible. The event will take place at Hope Hill camp site and more information will be sent out in the summer.
If you are a Unit Leader and able to help in delivering modules, activities, cooking, or just helping in general, please get in touch with the County Explorer Scout Team as soon as possible.

I note that the dates are starting on a saturday and concluding on a monday morning. Surely any explorers will be at school on the monday as that week is not a holiday, it is the w/c 26th October.

Kent Explorers Young Leader Training Weekend
If you go to the Kent scouts web site www.kentscouts.org.uk then click on the Explorers logo at the top of the page, you can then see all the upcoming County Explorer events. Have a good look around, there is lots going on at county level this term. The Young Leader training weekend can be found under - Events, Calendar, choose November, then click on the Days for the event (Saturday and Sunday). Also there is Fireworks on the Saturday evening for Explorers.
